The space
We are located on the very popular Sandy Beach area between Casa Blanca and Sonoran Spa. Princesa has been completely renovated this year! The work started Oct 2019 and was recently completed. We now feature 3 new pools with plenty of in-pool lounge chairs, a new swim up bar, and many other features throughout the grounds. Come on down and SEA for yourself! We also have an on-site Cantina/Restaurant so no need to leave the grounds if you don’t want to!
Other things to note
We have most cooking pots and pans and basic condiments. Coffee, creamer and sugar are complimentary, of course. We also have a pretty good RO system and water is safe to drink.
Hair dryer, iron, soap, shampoo and body wash are also provided. You can’t take bathroom towels to the pool so please bring your own. Please ask us for any specific items.

Robert is an excellent host. From day one with his best direction to last-minute arrival, he was with us and help us throughout the whole thing. His place is just amazing. Clean, modern, all the accessories that you need. The view is breathtaking. Swimming pool within walking distance of the private beach. Two-door securities at entrances. You can not go wrong with this place. Can not wait to make it back again. Thank you, Robert.
We found out last minute the condo we rented wasn’t available so I got online 30 minutes outside of Puerto Penasco and the quick response of Robert we checked in an hour later. The condo was immaculate (which for a last minute check in was so relieving). The condo was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. We have always stayed at one of the other resorts nearby but will now always try to rebook this condo.
What a wonderful unit and host!!! five stars for sure. Host thought of everything. Beach chairs, extra blankets, shampoo/conditioner, coffee/grinder/creamer, even syrup! Unit has filtered water, makes it nice to have a refreshing drink as soon as you check-in. There’s a very comfortable couch on the patio, perfect for chilling on while watching the sunrise. The couch inside was comfy as well and plenty of room for lounging. When not on the beach there’s an overwhelming amount of things to watch on TV. Netflix/disney/Dish network. Only complaint was the elevator was loud by the unit…but turns out the day we left they closed it and are going to fix that, so if you’ve ever stayed in this unit before….shouldn’t be an issue for future stays. I would feel more than comfortable renting ANY unit from this host. Enjoy!!!!
