This is a beautiful gated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located 10 minutes from El Malecon. Conveniently located near Sam’s Club, Aurrera and VIP. Sleeps 6 people. If you are looking for a place to relax and feel at home, look no further. Each bedroom has it’s own mini split for your comfort. There is a bathroom with a shower located in the hallway in between bedroom 1 and bedroom 2. The master bedroom has it’s own private bathroom and shower. The master bedroom has a door that leads to the backyard.

This beautiful home is very comfortable in the heart of the city. You will be close by to major stores in the area such as Aurrera, Sam’s Club, VIP, a local carniceria and Abarrotes. Wifi is also available. AC and Heat are also accessible.

Guests will have access the entire home except for the storage room and storage cabinets.

Absolutely no parties are allowed. You will be able to park one vehicle inside the carport which is gated. The backyard has it’s own gate to park an ATV if needed or a small car.

This was a very cute condo just like the pictures. The hostess was very friendly and helpful, and responded quickly to my questions. Approximately 10 min drive to the beach or the sand dunes. Quiet and Peaceful. We really enjoyed our family stay here. Would definitely come back. Thanks Yadira and Denise for being great hosts.
