Paradise awaits you in our family oceanfront condo. Sip your coffee in the mornings on the balcony and margaritas into the afternoon and evening. (No one will judge you if margaritas are also your drink of choice in the morning. You’re on vacation!)

Our home has a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the second bedroom. We have 2 roll away cots which can provide sleeping arrangements to allow for a maximum occupancy of up to 6 guests. The roll away cots work well for kids but may be a bit uncomfortable for adults.
There are community BBQ grills you are welcome to you (you would need to supply your own charcoal).
It is suggested to bring your own bottled drinking water as the water not purified.
We are on the 3rd floor, in the E building.
The swim up bar is privately operated by Colin’s Cantina. Its hours are determined by Colin’s Cantina and the potential occupancy conditions of the resort. If ensuring the bar will be open for the duration of your stay, please contact them ahead of time, before booking with us.
Beach towels are NOT provided. Guests need to provide their own
Everything you could possibly need for a weekend getaway or an extended stay. That and an incredible ocean front view. The beds are amazing and loved the showers. Kim was quick to respond with accurate and detailed information. Self checkin was super easy. I look forward to the next time.
Beautiful condo waterfront & amazing views all day of the ocean & sunset. Check-in was easy, very simple to find, & the amenities were great. The restaurant on site was perfect when we arrived to eat dinner. Kitchen, living room, & balcony all had picture perfect views. Both bedrooms were very nice, clean. We all agreed we slept like babies on the beds, they were VERY comfortable. We are hoping to stay here again, many times more if possible. The cost, location, & living space can not be compared! Thank you so much Kim for sharing your place with us & others, it’s a gem of a find. I would be tempted to give it a bad review only to keep this great find to myself, but it’s too amazing not to share how pleased & happy our getaway was at Kim’s place. It was nice to enjoy a little slice of paradise Kim is able to share! THANKS AGAIN KIM!
This condo at La Princesa was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and located with easy access to the beach, the pool and parking. Views from the balcony were amazing! Like being right on the beach! We had everything we needed to cook breakfast every morning! The beds were comfortable, and everything was spic and span!Kim is a terrific host with lots of information provided ahead of our arrival! Checking in and out was a breeze. We can’t wait to come back. We’ve stayed at other resorts along sandy beach and like this resort the best so far!
