From the moment you walk in the front door, you feel as if you have been transported into a lush tropical paradise. There is just something about that balcony view in the way the idyllic blue ocean meets the luminous green grass and the palm trees float through the skies. It’s sure to take your breath away.
You can expect to arrive to a fresh, clean, modern, and well-kept condo. Gel-infused memory foam king beds in BOTH bedrooms (and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area). Fresh white sanitized and laundered linens. Charging devices to keep you connected. And whisper-quiet LED Hunter ceiling fans for a relaxing night’s sleep.
If you find you’ve spent one too many days in the sun and need some indoor reprieve, we have a 50″ Roku smart TV in the living space and a 42″ Roku TV in the bedroom.
We are in the C building, 2nd floor.
The swim-up bar is privately operated by Colin’s Cantina. Its hours are determined by Colin’s Cantina and the potential occupancy conditions of the resort. If ensuring the bar will be open for the duration of your stay, please contact them ahead of time, before booking with us.
Beach towels are NOT provided. Guests need to provide their own

Kim’s place is the perfect Mexico getaway! The Princesa is the right mix of fun and peacefulness. Kim provided excellent communication and the best online guidebook. The condo was well stocked and she even provided beach necessities! We can’t wait to stay at this beautiful place again!
Our stay at this condo was beyond our expectations. The unit was extremely clean and very welcoming. The instructions on how to get to the condo and how to access the condo and amenities were clear and concise. The unit was clean and fully stocked as if we were to arrive as new guests. The view of the ocean and the condo grounds were spectacular. Thank you Kim, for the wonderful place to stay!
