From the moment you walk in the front door, you feel as if you have been transported into a lush tropical paradise. There is just something about that balcony view in the way the idyllic blue ocean meets the luminous green grass and the palm trees float through the skies. It’s sure to take your breath away.
If you find you’ve spent one too many days in the sun and need some indoor reprieve, we have 50″ Roku smart TVs throughout the condo; 3 in total!
There are 3 pools, 3 kiddie pools, and 1 hot tub on the resort property
Located inside the clubhouse (which is in the center of the resort), you will find gym equipment, multiple tables and chairs, and both a men’s and women’s restroom.
We invite guests to bring a bag of charcoal and BBQ fresh Sea of Cortez shrimp which can be found on just about every corner in Rocky Point.
There is a convenience store located in the C building which feels as if it has a little of everything; with the ever so important bags of (purified) ice!
We are located on the 2nd floor, in the C building.
The swim-up bar is privately operated by Colin’s Cantina. Its hours are determined by Colin’s Cantina and the potential occupancy conditions of the resort. If ensuring the bar will be open for the duration of your stay, please contact them ahead of time, before booking with us.
Beach towels are NOT provided. Guests need to provide their own
our children loved it! We loved it! I wouldn’t change anything ♥️ we plan to visit again really soon and we also plan to book with Kim she was a great host and she has several other properties a plus for us when we bring our extended family ♥️
During our spring break vacation at Rocky Point my family and I explored a few resorts. I have to say my children absolutely loved Kim’s place. First of all the housekeepers do an amazing job in cleaning the place very detailed and very clean. Everything we needed was available. Outside of the balcony were beach chairs, ice chest, sand buckets with a lovely patio set to enjoy the view. Inside there was plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Laundry tablets, coffee, creamer, seasonings, cooking oil and more. I noticed most of the resorts are limited with these items so it’s definitely a plus especially when similar in pricing. The condo gives you that beach vibe. Plenty of board games . Tv available in each room. Also Hair blow dryer. I was not expecting all these perks. My children did not want to leave. The staff is kind and helpful. No need to explore new resorts. From now on I will book with Kim. The pools are great! Plenty of BBQ grills. The best part of it all was Kim she is an amazing host! Highly recommend. Plus she didn’t mind if I checked in a little earlier which I thought was very generous. You don’t get that often from the host. Thank you again Kim we’ll be booking with you soon.
Hands down best place we have stayed at while vacationing in Rocky Point! Room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Communication was great and location was perfect! Loved how accessible the beach was! Best part was the heated pool with the swim up bar. Will definitely plan to stay there again when we come back this summer!
