Princesa de Penasco is located on Sandy Beach and is just a few steps away from the Sea of Cortez. Only, a short one-hour drive south of the border, our fully furnished and newly remodeled condo overlooks one of the most beautiful beaches in Puerto Penasco. Our Family owned and operated condo is located in Building E, which is the closest building to the Ocean. You are truly right on the beach overlooking the Sea of Cortez. All of the photos of the pools and the beach are taken from the condo and accurately portray some of the amazing views surrounding you during your stay. Additionally, our condo has recently gone through a complete remodel with the goal of keeping the rustic charm of the Princesa Resort, yet adding the modern-day conveniences necessary to make your stay more enjoyable. Some of the many upgrades include Free high-speed WiFi internet, USB charging ports in all rooms, HD TVs, DirecTV with NFL Sunday Ticket, Netflix, Bluetooth Stereo System, and Keyless Entry.
Additional accommodations include bedding, linens, bath towels, and beach towels. We also have a pack-n-play and high chair available upon request. Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. Don’t feel like cooking? Colins Cantina is located in the resort and offers delicious meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner at very reasonable prices. There is also a small convenience store located in the resort. We also offer a Digital Welcome Book to all of our guests. Whether this is your first time in Puerto Penasco or a regular visitor our Digital Welcome book is full of helpful information that you can access right at your fingertips. Even if you don’t have cellular coverage in Mexico, download the Digital Welcome Book to your Android or iPhone for consistent detailed Google Maps directions and resort information. Also included in the Digital Welcome Book is a complete list of Google Map Directions of nearby restaurants, nightlife, shopping, must-see attractions, and other popular things to do and see during your stay. A printed version of our Digital Welcome Book is also available in the condo.
The condo itself has two floors with over 1,680 sq ft. and two private balconies. The Master Bedroom encompasses the entire upper floor. It has a King size bed, a private balcony with a high-top table for two overlooking the water, 50 inch HD TV with Netflix and DirecTV, a large walk-in closet, and a large bathroom with double sinks and a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms are located on the main floor of the condo. The Pineapple Bedroom overlooks the beach and has a King size bed, 50-inch HD TV with Netflix and DirecTV, The Ocean Bedroom has a Queen size bed with a 50-inch HD TV with Netflix and DirecTV. The main floor also has a balcony overlooking the water with a spacious bar top seating area making it the perfect spot to sit, relax and enjoy the great views of the resort’s private pools or the amazing views of the beach.
The resort’s courtyard has three pools (1 heated) and three shallow kiddie pools, a jacuzzi, barbecue grills, a fitness center, a volleyball court, and several palapas with beach chairs to relax in and enjoy the beach.

This place is a hidden gem!! Our first time to Rocky Point. We rented the 3 bedroom unit on the top floor of building 5- everything was perfect. Spectacular views of the property and beach.. closest unit to the beach and heated pool and hot tub. Scott was very responsive. The guidebook was fantastic. All amenities were perfect. Very reasonably priced. You have to go through 2 security gates to get to the unit, which made it feel very safe.. would definitely stay here again on a return visit to Rocky point.
Cant wait to go back to this unit, was very well kept and very clean!
We have stayed in the Beach Bum 2bd and 3bd many times. Both are fantastic! The ground level 2bd is my favorite. Walk directly off the well furnished patio (with a grill) and into the perfect pool. A few steps more and you are on the beach, with an area to sit if you want to avoid the vendors. The interior is meticulously maintained and beautiful. The view of the Sea from the living room is the best thing to wake up to in the morning. Sunsets? Breathtaking. The exterior has private security and we have never had ANY problems. No one ever knocks on your door unless there is a maintenance issue and Beach Bum notifies you first. We have stayed at a few others and always come back to these. I highly recommend!!
Good spot to stay. It’s a 5th floor condo but also has a second story where the master suite is at. Great view of the ocean and pool area. Everything is clean and everything worked with no issues.
Came from Phoenix to have a nice birthday weekend getaway for my husband. Came with our three teens, along with an uncle and an aunt. Beautiful property and in an excellent location on Sandy Beach. Highly recommend this stay – more than enough room for me and my guests. The penthouse suite was of course a favorite and the view was chefs kiss. They have a great onsite clubhouse that includes some workout equipment, table tennis, and a comfy seating area with an assortment of books for our avid readers. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a home meal (and help save yourself a little bit of money). The grocery store isn’t a far drive, but we did come with some items from home to help reduce what we would need to buy, like spices and drinks. The property is already nice and air conditioned, so walking in on a hot summer day is very refreshing. The check in process was so simple – you get your wrist bands and the security gate entrance and enter your code to access the property. Scott, the host, was very responsive and accommodating. 10/10 would stay again.
The location was great, next to the ocean, easy to get to the beach, shops and food available on premises and other nice places nearby. Condo itself was very clean and well equipped with up to date amenities. Great spot.

Had a great stay at this Condo. Very clean, stocked with the essentials. If we needed something the store on site had it all. The owner was very nice and responded to my emails very quickly. The view from the patio was amazing. Will definitely be back
The property was amazing. All three couples sharing an incredible space with amenities for everyone. The property was very clean, stocked well and with a view that was breathtaking. Our property host, Scott, was always available and more than accommodating with our every question! It was a pleasure to work with him. We are already checking out our calendar, the day after we arrived home, to see when we can go back to the same condo unit. What a AWESOME place!!

We visit RP a few times a year and usually try a different resort every time. So far this one was our favorite. Super clean unit and the resort is nice. Love how open in it to the beach.
