Incredible 4 bed/3 bath house in Costa Diamante on Sandy Beach. Sleeps 12. Beach chairs, boogies boards, beach buckets, plenty of chairs, umbrellas, a grill, and even 2 kayaks you can use! The outdoor space at this house is AMAZING! Huge back patio with seating area, a dining area, a charcoal/wood burning grill & fireplace. Relax on your hammock or play a game of cornhole. There is also an upper level huge covered outdoor space to enjoy the views of the Sea or Cortez.

The house is an incredible 4 bedroom/3 bathroom house in the exclusive community of Costa Diamante on Sandy Beach. This house is a short walk to the beautiful Sea of Cortez. Open concept kitchen, living, and dining area. There are 2 king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the main level. There are 2 additional bedrooms on the 2nd floor; one has a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds. Sleeps 8 comfortably in beds and 10 if you include the sofa bed. Staying here is like staying in your friend’s beach house. The garage has beach chairs, boogies boards, beach buckets, plenty of chairs, umbrellas, a grill, and even 2 kayaks you can use!
The outdoor space at this house is AMAZING! You have a huge back patio with a conversation seating area, a dining area, a charcoal/wood burning grill & fireplace. The whole area is a covered and you can relax on your hammock or play a game of cornhole (bean bag toss). You can also head upstairs to another huge covered outdoor space to enjoy the views of the Sea or Cortez. This house has it all!
Very accommodating home, everything worked properly & I enjoyed the private beach which was just a few minutes away walking. Great hosts as well.
Great place and really close to the beach. They had everything in case you don’t go prepare for the beach (towels, chairs, toys, shades) enough for the whole family. We really enjoy our stay and definitely will go back. Security was really strict so I Think that was good, we felt safe.
Super place, we would definitely stay again. We really enjoyed the place, we traveled as a family and the security was luxurious
