Great view and very quiet. The elevator is there so no worry to walk the stairs. There are 3 pools on the ground floor. Restaurant, Spa, charcoal grill, and gym are on site.
Two adults stay comfortably. I allow 2 small children. Please send me a note if you have more than two. Recently remodeled one-bedroom condo located on sandy beach Puerto Penasco, Mexico. 65-inch smart TV in the living room and 49 inches smart TV in the bedroom are available for guests to enjoy but watching the ocean through the patio is way better than TV. Please note, that I have a smart lock in place and the code is NOT ACTIVATED until 4 PM.
Guests can access the pool and small Gym in a common area. ATM machine and a small shop in C building lobby area.
Early check-in and late check-out are not always available but please inquire. If it’s available $10 per hour. Please inquire for more detail if this is what you are interested in.
Please no pets(I love pets but the HOA doesn’t allow them). And please no smoking of any kind. You would be subject to be evicted if you violate any resort rule and they force the 0 tolerance. A lot of times I have guests booking with children. Infants count as 1 person on the total headcount. the MAX guests total is 4 ppl regardless of age. with a small futon, 4 adults might be squeezed. please inquire for more info.
We would 100% stay here again! Great proximity to the beach. Super clean. The host gave us great tips for our stay. My only regret was not reading Hyerin’s warning about the cops in Sonoyta sooner! lol. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Great find!
This place is fantastic!! It has everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The bed is comfortable (with extra blankets and pillows) and so are the couches; the kitchen has all the fixings including multiple coffee makers; and the host has enough of what you need for the bathroom, washer/dryer, and dishwashing. The view is fantastic with secure parking and an easy walk to the pools and beach. We loved our stay!
Check in was super smooth! There is an amazing view of the ocean from the kitchen/living room/balcony. The bedroom is behind the kitchen and bathroom so no view of the ocean from the room. Beautifully furnished with all the options for cooking in the kitchen – and she left sweet touches like a welcome package and K cups for the keurig. There is a restaurant with delicious food on site. The walk to the beach from the room is a couple of minutes. Definitely recommend this rental!
