Princesa de Penasco: Sea of Cortez Lookout

Beautiful 1 bedroom condo with fantastic “Sea of Cortez Lookout”. Perfect view of the resort pool areas from the comfortable balcony with great views of local banana boats, fun cruises, Ultralights and jet skiers. C305 is tastefully decorated with king bed, queen size hidabed, quartz countertop, WiFi, two TVs, plus easy access from elevator. The resort has 3 pools, kiddy pools, jacuzzi, exercise facility, library. Great restaurant and on site.

The space
The Princesa de Penasco is centrally located on Sandy Beach. The resort has all amenities needed for a relaxing stay – 3 pools, swim-up pool bar, and jacuzzi ( one pool and Jacuzzi heated in winter), sand volley ball court, bocce ball court, outdoor barbecues, kiddy pools, exercise facility, library with comfortable seating area looking at the Sea of Cortez, 24-hour security, as well as easy access to beach with resort-owned cabanas. The Princesa not only has a great restaurant, Collins, but is close to many other great restaurants and bars. The “Sea of Cortez Lookout” condominium C305 is located in Building C which has a direct view of the resort pool areas and Sea of Cortez. You are able to relax on the nice size patio and gaze at shrimp boats,sunset / fun cruises, Pirate Ships, banana boats, jet skiers, hang gliders. Building C also has the resort convenience store located on the ground level: nice selection of munchies, soft drinks, alcohol and ice.
The condo has a direct view of the Sea once you enter – the listing cover photo taken from the balcony. There is a large bedroom with king bed, 2 closet areas and Smart TV’s. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots / pans, coffee maker, blender, dishwasher, microwave, quartz countertops, pantry, as well as stackable washer/dryer with laundry detergent provided. The living area has a nice entertainment center with SmartTV with Mexican Megacable, CD/video player, plus Amazon Echo – let Alexa entertain you, play music or pair your device with the Echo to listen to your own music. There is nice couch with queen hideabed, recliner and a counter area with bar stools. The bath area is separated from the vanity and features a shower as well as a bathtub. Also available – children dinnerware, board games and pool toys. Definitely want the guests to enjoy the comforts and amenities of the condo. My goal is to provide the best Puerto Penasco / Sea of Cortez vacation getaway. According to Resort policies, the primary guest holder must be at least 21 years of age. Also, the resort has a no smoking/ vaping policy. Sorry, but guests are not allowed to bring any pets into the resort. Mexico does not recognize service animals.
