Princesa has 3 swimming pools and a hot tub. You must be 14 or older to use the hot tub. One of the pools is heated in the winter months.

There is secured resort parking. Your trailered toys are welcomed! But please inquire before booking as there are length limits based on the parking spot size.
We are located on the 3rd floor, in the D building.
The swim-up bar is privately operated by Colin’s Cantina. Its hours are determined by Colin’s Cantina and the potential occupancy conditions of the resort. If ensuring the bar will be open for the duration of your stay, please contact them ahead of time, before booking with us.
Beach towels are NOT provided. Guests need to provide their own
A Great beachfront stay. The condo was as described and Kim was very responsive and flexible with our stay.

Overall the location was a great view and easy enough to get to the beach, the resort princesa was the real star with activities, a heated pool, and directly connected to the beach, the condo had a strange smell in the kitchen and washing machine. There is also thin walls, so we hardly slept from the noise from the surrounding rooms and out in the hallway. I have stayed in better condos for the same nightly rate.
