Princesa is a waterfront resort located on the popular Sandy Beach! Princesa Resort has lush greenery, 3 pools, 1 heated pool, a swim up bar, a fire pit, 2 kid pools, a hot tub, a clubhouse with gym equipment and a ping pong table, a bocci court, several charcoal BBQ areas and seating all while facing the Sea of Cortez! Princesa has several palapas and lounge chairs on the beach for a relaxing day! We also have a convenience store and Colin’s Cantina Restaurant on site! Great family atmosphere!

Easy check-in
Arrive at the guard gate, check-in to receive your parking pass and bracelets, and then go straight to the condo!
You will have full access to the condo except for the primary bedroom closets. There is a dresser and places to hang clothes.
Registered guests have full access to the condominium and patio area as well as full resort access. You must make your reservation for the accurate number of guests staying in the condo.
Please note, the resort only allows 6 wristbands per unit and every guest needs to wear a wristband at all times. Visitors will NOT be permitted to visit or use the facilities of Princesa. The only area of Princesa that is open to the public is the restaurant/bar on site, Colin’s Cantina.
Such a beautiful space. actually felt like I was at home. Beautiful view of the ocean, Everything we needed was there. extra cleaning supplies, extra condiments when I was cooking. Loved this place and will do it again,
This was a wonderful and secure location! It was my first time visiting Rocky point and went with my daughter. We were a little concerned because we were traveling solo. However, the recommendations from the host and secure location made it easy for us to navigate and To spend most of our time on the beach. The condo does have several pools is very clean, and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We were close to the Malecon, which added to the adventure and we also had our nails done in town?. The beach vendors were very friendly and the piña coladas were amazing.- we got a deal on the jet skis . The condo itself was beautiful, and we really appreciated the attention to detail with the available wagon that included an umbrella and extra towels. The view was so beautiful from the fifth floor, and it was close to the elevator.. I appreciated the host providing multiple suggestions on restaurants and shopping- it was a memorable experience and plan on renting again.
We enjoyed our stay with Carina, she was able to accommodate us last minute. Upon arrival we were able to check in early, the condo had beautiful fixtures and was very clean. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you would need to cook. The bathroom had all the essentials needed for our stay as well. The staff at the resort were so kind and helpful with anything we needed. The property has a beautiful ocean view and is easily accessible. We enjoyed the pool with the swim up bar during our stay. Carina also offered a late check out which was so greatly appreciated. We can’t wait until our next stay, we will definitely be back!
Loved this condo so much. I will definitely come back with my family .The view was amazing from the balcony. The room had everything we needed and more . Carina was so nice and she explained how to check in to the room it was super easy. Definitely a 5 star stay .
Carina’s place was wonderful. Everything was as described and really loved everything about Carina’s home. The kitchen was very well stocked and mean very well stocked. We usually bring some items because we love to cook so that was a plus. The living room was nice as well. I definitely recommend this place and will come back in the spring.
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Carina’s condo! Located on the top floor, it offers stunning views that we couldn’t get enough of. The condo itself is incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. It was thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, from coffee and creamer to utensils, towels, and more. Carina went above and beyond by also providing excellent restaurant recommendations and other helpful tips that made our stay even more enjoyable. We can’t wait to come back!
We’ve stayed in a few different places, all of them were lacking. This condo had everything we needed and wanted. Pots and pants, utensils, ziploc bags, soaps, blankets, tvs. Other places we’ve had to go buy plates and cups, then have to go buy salt and cooking oil, then go buy ice, or whatever else. This really was a home away from home! We loved it, and we will be coming to stay again! Beautiful view, so close to the beach, it was a trip to remember!
The condo was very nice! The view was amazing! My boyfriends Grandma hadn’t been to Rocky point in over 40 years and she mainly stayed in the condo sitting outside enjoying the view of the ocean! She won’t stop talking about how beautiful everything in the resort was and the view will forever stay with her! She’s requested to stay in this same place next time we take her again!
Loved our stay here, condo was very clean. Shower has all the amenities you need. I liked that we didn’t have to pack beach towels and wagon since it was provided for us. We had a small issue with the masters room light and fan. Carina sent someone right away to fix it. It was fixed same day by the time we returned from the beach. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation and having a “home” away from ours made it even more enjoyable.
Carina was attentive and responded promptly. Loved that she had many amenities that other rooms do not carry. The small simple things that make your trip easier such as a wagon to place all your pool items in , beach chairs if needed. You name it she had it. She also had modern upgrades compared to other rooms. We enjoyed our stay !
Highly recommend Carina’s condo. Great location, very clean and comfortable (beds are soo comfy). Has everything you need for your stay. She even leaves towels, a cart, a board and chairs for the beach! The view from the balcony is awesome. Pools are great, especially the one in front of the condo and the beach is just steps away. Carina is very responsive and helpful with instructions on checking in/out. My parents, my son and I had a great time!!
Our overall stay was beyond amazing. Carina was a great host, she made sure our check in and check out was super easy. The house is fully equipped, super nice and the location is honestly the best. Thank you Carina for everything. Hopefully we will be back soon!
